Login tables

System Manager login tables in the AdaptAccounts main Company database apply to the entire system.

 

AaCompanyLogin

Each installed Company has a record in this table. When AdaptAccounts is first installed this table contains just one record - for the initial Company.

 

AaUserLogin

Each User has a record in this table. When AdaptAccounts is first installed this table contains just one record - for the System Administrator.

 

Other System Manager tables

Other System Manager tables apply to the particular Company.

 

AaCompany

Information about the Company for this Company database.

 

AaSerial

Maintains serialized values used throughout the system.

 

FiscalPeriod

Fiscal Periods with their Start Dates and End Dates for all Fiscal Years.

 

FiscalPeriodDate

All Fiscal Dates with their corresponding Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period.

 

Country

All countries are built-in.

 

State

States for some countries are built-in. States may be added for other countries.

 

Vat

Vat/Gst information when applicable.
