Transaction maintenance forms support controlled maintenance of posted transactions.
They do not enable Inserting new transactions or actual Deletion of posted transactions and only certain fields may be edited.
These forms do enable you to Reverse a previously posted transaction while preserving a full audit trail. They also enable you to Apply or Unapply transactions where applicable as in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
It is also possible to view all the records in the table using the Browse tab. The Browse sheet is a grid of all the fields in the underlying table. It is then possible for the user to change the sort order for the entire table.
