User Login
When the main AdaptAccounts database is setup the database administrator specifies the User Name for the AdaptAccounts System Administrator. This is the only User that can login to AdaptAccounts until that System Administrator adds more Users.
If you are the System Administrator then run the User maintenance task to set up other users and their access rights.
If a User’s Login Password is blank the User is logged in automatically by User Login.
If a Login Password is specified the User must present it to User Login.
Company Login
When there is only one active Company the Company Login form is bypassed.
When there is more than one active Company you choose the Company to Login to.
Click this button or double-click the Company’s Name or use File | Login to Login to your selected Company.
If the Company’s Login Password is blank the Company Password dialog is bypassed.
If the Company’s Login Password is specified then enter that Password.
